Google Workspace
Even though many hosts provide email service as well with your domain name, Google Workspace is by far the best to use for your emails. It comes with a similar interface as gmail and it keeps your mind at ease when move to a different website host. No need for stress on down time as its separate from all of that. Google Workspace starts at $6/month for the basic plan

I love Flywheel and I use them for all my clients
Cognito Forms
For event forms that require advanced conditional elements
Even though wpforms is our #1 choice for creating contact forms for our clients, they don’t hold much when it comes to complex event registration forms. For our non-profit clients, their event registration forms usually require advanced conditional elements that wpforms is not able to provide. Cognito forms has proven to be the best for me in regards to easily creating conditional elements that are needed. To top it off, it is very seamless to integrate into wordpress. For this, we highly recommend it if you are need of advanced conditional forms. It’s free to get started.
Website Policies
I love Website Policies because they make it super easy to set up policies like privacy policies and terms and conditions for your website. No need to hire a lawyer for these types of legal documents!
Mailerlite
For email marketing
I love Mailerlite because it’s easy to use unlike some bigger names. I recommend Mailerlite to all my clients because I also use it for my businesses. It’s free to set up!
